If you are unable to attend your reserved appointment and wish to cancel, please notify us by email or phone.

If, for any reason, you cannot be present at the scheduled time, please inform us in advance. As rescheduling takes time, cancellations or appointment changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time (via email or phone), taking into account our opening hours.
